The district court of Hamburg decided with the verdict of 12th May 1998 that by placing a reference, you have a share of the responsibility for the contents of the referred site. This may – according to the district court – only be avoided by explicitly taking distance from those contents. It applies for all upcoming and previous references that no influence for my part is possible on their design. Therefore, I want nothing to do with all contents of all referred sites inclusive of all sub-sites. This declaration is valid for all done references and for all contents lead to by references and banners.
